Saint-Herblain (France), December 20, 2019 – Valneva SE (“Valneva” or “the Company”), a biotech company developing and commercializing vaccines for infectious diseases with major unmet needs, confirmed today that it has completed the delisting of its ordinary and preferred shares from the Vienna Stock Exchange (“VSE”). Valneva shares will remain tradeable on Euronext Paris (Compartment B).
Valneva announced on January 7, 2019 it would delist its shares from the Vienna Stock Exchange in order to centralise trading on Euronext Paris.
