Saint-Herblain (France), 20 décembre 2019 – Valneva SE (“Valneva” ou “le Groupe”), annonce aujourd’hui avoir finalisé le retrait de ses actions ordinaires et de préférence de la bourse de Vienne (Vienna Stock Exchange). Les actions de Valneva continueront d’être négociables sur Euronext Paris (Compartiment B).
Valneva avait annoncé le 7 janvier 2019 son intention de mettre fin à sa cotation à la bourse de Vienne afin d’accroître la liquidité de ses titres en centralisant les transactions sur Euronext Paris.
